We're looking for a detailed-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our client's team in Honiton, playing a crucial role in delivering efficient financial and administrative support to our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all purchase invoices are appropriately approved before posting.
- Assist with credit control tasks, including contacting customers regarding outstanding payments and issuing necessary correspondence.
- Reconcile discrepancies between the stock system and accounting system.
Requirements:
- Understanding of accounting principles; experience with Xero is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in administrative or finance roles is preferred
