Accounts Administrator Location: Manchester (Gottlieb)Package: Basic salary £23,250 plus benefitsSector: Packaging distribution  The Company Gottlieb Packaging Materials, part of Macfarlane Group PLC, the UK’s largest packaging distributor are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our established team based at their offices based in Manchester (Trafford Park). As a Group we are continuing to grow significantly and are always keen to attract talented new individuals to our business.The Accounts Administrator role This is a full-time role, working Monday–Friday 9am-5pm at our Gottlieb Packaging site in Trafford Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the sales, purchase and invoicing documentation.  Accounts Administrator Key Duties
To be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the sales, purchase and invoicing documentation using both manual input and auto entry
Setting up accounts on SAGE,
Responding to supplier and customer enquiries etc.
Checking and recording a variety of administrative transactions,
Reconciling credit card statements and daily transactions,
Liaising with warehouse staff regarding paperwork and stock queries,
Supporting the Accounts dept in the daily, monthly and annual reporting processes.
Will be working closely with Accounts Manager and Buyer to ensure stock records on SAGE are always up to date.
Answering calls where necessary; taking messages and orders when trained.
Other ad-hoc office tasks

 Do you have the correct profile? Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience in: sales and purchase ledger, accounting administration and invoicing. The successful Accounts Administrator must be organised and have relevant experience, excellent literacy and numeracy skills, be accurate, have attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
