Accounts Administrator
Employmint is teaming up with an exciting client to search for a Permanent Accounts Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the business’s accounts department by ensuring smooth processes and procedures to enable successful finances. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing industry in an ever-evolving role.
Key Responsibilities
* Laser focus on data entry, accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the day-to-day accounts operations are up to speed
* Monitor the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable system
* Manage the invoices process
* Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Contact clients to ensure timely payments
Experience
* Essential is a minimum of 2 years experience within an office environment.
* Previous knowledge of accounting software (desirable)
* Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
* Must have IT skills of Word, Excel, and Outlook
