Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our client's team in Honiton! Join and play a key role in providing efficient financial and administrative support to our operations.
As an Accounts Administrator you will:
Ensure purchase invoices are approved before posting them as appropriate.
Assisting with credit control duties, which will include contacting customers regarding outstanding payments and where necessary issuing correspondence.
Reconcile between stock system and accounting system
Requirements:
Familiarity with accounting principles; experience with Xero a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in administrative or finance roles preferred.
