Description:

NW Recruitment Services are in search of an Accounts Administrator to support the Accounts department of our well established client based in Burnley. The company is well known in the manufacturing industry. This role is permanent, and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am- 5pm with a 3:30pm finish on a Friday!

This role would suit someone with previous Accounts/Administration experience within a busy office environment, who is organised, efficient and hardworking. Experience of Sage Line 50 would be preferred.

The Role

¨ Checking supplier statements

¨ Checking invoices from different suppliers, against order books

¨ Preparing supplier payments

¨ Monitoring and chasing debtors

¨ Emailing customer statements

¨ Raising sales invoices

¨ Updating various spreadsheets

¨ Recording and processing various types of information

¨ Other non-accounts related admin duties as required

The ideal candidate will;

¨ Have previous admin experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry

¨ Be a team player and enjoy a fast-paced environment

¨ Drive and have their own car (due to location)

¨ Have Sage Line 50 experience

¨ Excellent attention to detail

Salary: up to £25,000 per annum
