Accounts Admin Assistant – Part Time
This boutique recruitment consultancy based in central London has an opportunity for a part-time Accounts Admin Assistant.
The Role
We are looking for someone to work two days a week (17 hours), ideally Tuesday and Thursday but we can also consider flexible working for the right candidate. You will be working alongside our Finance Manager assisting in the day-to-day account’s admin duties:
As the Accounts Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
* Overseeing the accounts inbox
* Processing and raising invoices.
* Handling and resolving supplier queries.
* Collating and chasing timesheets
* Assisting with issuing contracts
* Creating quotes
* Credit control support.
* Supporting the finance manager in ad hoc duties
* A basic knowldge of Sage 50 accounting software
