We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Totex Finance team, supporting our Property function from our Ansty Business Park office.

This is more than producing reports and managing numbers. You'll help leaders understand financial performance, plan ahead and make informed decisions. Working alongside colleagues across Finance, Property and Commercial teams, you'll provide trusted financial support, challenge where needed, and help drive improvements that make a real difference.

Financial Reporting – Lead the monthly management and financial accounting process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Compliance & Control – Support strong financial governance, internal controls and audit requirements.

What You'll Bring  

Professional Qualification – ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of IFRS and UK accounting standards, including lease accounting.
Management Accounting Experience – Experience producing financial reports, budgets, forecasts and analysis.
Excel Expertise – Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and working with large datasets.
Strong Relationships – The ability to build trust and work effectively with colleagues across different teams.
Analytical Thinking – A curious mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to turn data into insight.
Communication Skills – Confidence explaining financial information clearly to non-financial audiences.
Ownership & Initiative – A proactive approach with a focus on improving processes and finding better ways of working.
