What You'll Do:
As our Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and supporting our property management operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and maintaining financial statements ????
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Conducting bank reconciliations
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Collaborating with team members to streamline processes
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standardsWhat We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience) ????
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the property sector
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team ????
