Location: London, on-site (negotiating into hybrid), Ealing Broadway area
Title: Accounting & Office Management Staff
Salary: GBP35K -
Responsibilities:
• Telephone support
• Enter and modify Sales Order
• Issuance of Invoice/Credit note
• Deposit/withdrawal confirmation/report, SAP input
• Accounting entry
• Payroll calculation, payment
• Payment operations
• Attendance management and reporting
• Monthly (PL, BS, Trial Balance, Accounts Schedule extraction, bank balance/transaction statement report)
• SOA issue and shipping
• Management and replenishment of office equipment
• Follow up on work when colleagues are on vacation
Requirements:
• Fluent English
• Accounting experience is essential
• High level of Excel skills
• Office Management experience is advantage
