Initially onsite position with hybrid options post-training Position Overview: As an Accountant specialising in Manufacturing, you will:

Contribute to financial analysis and strategic decision-making to foster company growth.
Leverage advanced IT proficiency, particularly in ERP systems, Excel, and data analysis tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cost management and reporting procedures.
Offer primary support to the Financial Business Partner (FBP) in financial and management accounts data reporting, focusing on operational performance analysis for efficient decision-making, with an emphasis on processing and energy optimization.
Participate in site financial reviews and projects, such as CAPEX and Consortium meetings. Qualifications:

Minimum AAT Level 3, preferably Level 4, with relevant manufacturing experience preferred. 
Demonstrable expertise in product costing, P&L analysis, balance sheet management, and cash flow impact assessment.
Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to meet stringent deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, graphical representation, and data analysis.
Understanding of how production activities influence financial statements.
Practical and commercially-oriented approach with a keen analytical mindset, prioritizing data accuracy and integrity within set deadlines.
You will live close to Felinfach site or within a commutable distance.  Benefits:
