Are you a Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant with both experience and a passion in client portfolio management? Our client, a distinguished boutique firm in the Corporate, Trust and Private Wealth Services industry, is seeking a dynamic Accountant/Client Manager to join their team.

Working directly with the Senior Manager and Director, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and provide exceptional accounting and administration services.

Our client, a leading independent service provider specialising in Corporate, Trust, and Private Wealth Services, is currently recruiting for an Accountant/Client Manager. With expertise in international tax consultancy, accounting, and financial services, our client caters to a wide range of clientele, including international corporations, entrepreneurs, institutional investors, and private individuals. With their highly skilled and multilingual teams located across the globe, our client offers a supportive and collaborative work environment.

JOB TITLE: Client Manager

COMPANY: Financial Services (Tax Consultancy)

CONTRACT: Permanent

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Mayfair, fully office based

HOURS: 9am - 5:30pm

SALARY: £50,000 - £70,000 (potential to flex slightly upwards for the right candidate) + discretionary bonus and other great benefits!

As the Accountant/Client Manager, your key objectives will include:

Managing a portfolio of HNWI clients with different company structures and trusts across various jurisdictions, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
Supporting the firm's accounting department by preparing accounts for internal companies, trusts, and overseas entities.
Assisting in the setup of companies in compliance with national and international legislations.
Involvement with the setup and management of trusts, including drafting statutory documentation and preparing financial statements.
Carrying out statutory and governance work for companies across jurisdictions, meeting filing deadlines.
Managing client bank accounts, performing money transfers, payments, and other related transactions in multiple currencies.
Providing Company Secretary duties, including the composition of legal documents and letters, and lodging documents with relevant authorities.To be successful in this role, you should have:

Master degree in Economics, Finance, Law or professional equivalent. Relevant accounting qualification; ICSA/Governance Institute and/or STEP qualification desirable
A background in accounting and a deep understanding of corporate and trust structures.
Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high levels of service.
Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple client portfolios.
Knowledge of national and international legislations related to corporate and trust services.
Proficiency in financial statement preparation and statutory reporting requirements.
