Role: Accountant
Start: ASAP
Location: Outskirts of Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire
Salary: circa £35,000 per annum depending on your experience
Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week
Duration: Permanent

Who are we?

Duties will include:
* Communicating effectively and professional to your portfolio of clients
* Preparation of year end accounts
* Preparation and submissions of financial statements
* Completing corporation to set deadline
* Completion of personal tax and self-assessment tax returns
* Processing P11Ds
* Providing advice and support to your clients on their accounts
* Oversee aspects of bookkeeping when required
* Knowledge of current regulatory framework around small and micro entities
* Liaising with HMRC to solve client queries
Skills and Experience Required:
* Fully qualified or part qualified Accountant – AAT Level 4, ACCA, ICAEW or similar
* Previous experience of working within practice accounts
* Strong and effective communication skills both verbally and written
* Xero knowledge preferred but not essential
* Friendly and approachable manner towards the team
