Kidderminster area

This is a great opportunity for an experienced accountant who is looking to work in a friendly, growing practice with a varied client base with great opportunities to progress within the business. The ideal candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified
Duties for the role include:
* Planning and delivery of accounts assignments, to include business support work such as management accounts and VAT returns.
* Calculating and advising on corporate and personal taxation.
* Supervise and coach junior members of staff and review their work.
* Assist with the introduction of new systems within the practice.
* Be actively involved with the growth of the practice.
* Regular contact with clients in relation to their business needs and maintaining these relationships to identify further client service opportunities.
Qualifications and skills
* Experience in personal tax is necessary.
* ACCA / ACA qualified
* Have had 3 years’ experience within a practice environment.
* Be competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
