Job Title: Qualified Accountant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the financial reporting process.
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
Provide financial analysis and support to management for strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
ACCA or ICAEW qualified
Minimum of [2] years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
