Sewell Wallis are working with a well established accountancy practice based near Doncaster, South Yorkshire, who have an opportunity for a Senior or Semi-Senior Accountant to join their supportive team.

What will you be doing?

Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders & limited companies.
Preparing self-assessment and corporation tax returns
Preparing management accounts using accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooksWhat skills are we looking for?

Proven work experience as an accounts semi-senior or senior accountant within a practice
Audit experience is desirable but not essential
Proficiency in using accounting software like Taxcalc, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various clients and staff
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracyWhat's on offer?
