This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, highly successful marketing agency with an excellent client base. You will be managing and nurturing clients across a variety of sectors, building effective relationships and helping the team produce award winning results
Your role will involve:
* Help plan and join pitch and new business meetings
* Create proposals and quotations for the work required
* Book in projects and schedule any work required with the production manager
* Manage client workflow and ensure deadlines are met
* Have a good understanding of online and offline marketing services we offer
* Ensure quality and consistency of work before it goes to clients
* Manage client expectations
* Regular Zoom and face-to-face meetings on and off-site
* Be able to interpret client briefings
* Be aware of and able to identify new business and organic growth opportunities
* Build strong relationships with internal team members, clients and partners
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing agency environment
* Excellent communication, written English and grammar skills
* Degree in either marketing or a related subject
* Experience in using website CMS systems, in particular WordPress
* Commercial awareness
* Ability to cope well under pressure meet tight deadlines
* Understanding of web and digital, SEO, PPC and HubSpot CRM
* Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
