Monday - Friday 9am – 5.30pm (30 minutes lunch break)

Basic salary (£24,000 - £28,000)

OTE with commission (£50,000 - £60,000 depending on structure and performance) - Please bare in mind commission is uncapped.

Second year OTE £80,000

Third year OTE £125,000+

The role

* Calling potential customers to prospect for new business (this is a heavily phone based job. You will be expected to make a minimum 150 calls with 2.5 hours spent on the phone per day. If you are not comfortable cold calling, please do not apply).

* Closing deals once approved

* Remaining compliant at all times

* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers

* Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements

* Consistently improve knowledge of the finance products we offer

* Creating detailed and accurate proposal documents

* Representing the company at trade exhibitions

* Reviewing your own performance, meeting or exceeding targets

The Successful Applicant:

* Excellent communication skills and the tenacity to keep going! (This job is it's hardest at the start and determination and drive is essential to succeeding)

* Good communication skills, both oral and written

* Self-motivation and a professional manner. Desire to hit and EXCEED targets set!

* Good organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

* Minimum of 2 years sales experience preferred (but not essential)

* Not essential, but highly beneficial to already have a professional network, especially if in haulage & logistics, construction, waste & recycling, engineering and manufacturing, or other industries that require substantial equipment purchases and/or working capital

* Potential for bespoke partnership packages for individuals with significant networks & experience, looking for a new challenge - Please advise from outset if interested
