Key Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, providing tailored advice and ongoing support.

* Carry out comprehensive assessments of customers' financial circumstances, including income, assets, liabilities, and any vulnerability considerations.

* Recommend suitable solutions based on individual customer needs, ensuring customers fully understand all available options.

* Act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey, building strong, long-lasting relationships.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using CRM systems.

* Achieve individual sales and performance targets while contributing to wider team objectives.

* Ensure all customer interactions and recommendations comply with relevant regulatory and compliance standards.

* Guide customers confidently from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing support.

* Use consultative questioning techniques to identify customer needs and effectively overcome objections.

* Deliver excellent customer outcomes while balancing commercial performance with regulatory responsibilities.
