Established for 8 years and growing rapidly, a leading international healthcare recruiter - proud to have placed thousands of highly qualified staff from around the world across the UK, covering all major medical specialities and levels - is seeking an Account Executive (Account Manager/Project Manager) on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, serving as a liaison between the client and the company, ensuing recruitment projects meet expectations and are delivered on time, within budget.

The role will be based two days a week in the company’s newly refurbished Moorgate headquarters, with a chill out lounge/games room and rooftop terrace! Then one day a week on site at the client in Birmingham, and one working from home.

Main Duties:

* Operate as the point of contact for assigned clients.

* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring risks which could affect the clinician time to hire are reduced.

* Forecast and track client account progress.

* Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client expectations, whilst meeting company goals.

* Identify growth opportunities with existing and new clients.

* Regularly communicate with internal teams on account expectations.

* Attend weekly client site meetings and meet clinicians at their Trust.

* Provide remote assistance to assigned accounts as an escalation point.

* Identify key decision makers or executive sponsor at assigned accounts.

* Supplement care and transition support to ensure continuity of service.

* Support company policies and procedures, effectively communicate them to the team.

* Respond in a timely manner to issues and concerns raised by the clients with a friendly and professional approach and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

* Ensure operational procedures are in place and being followed by team members.

* Complete weekly reporting on accounts. Provide monthly MI for clients.

* Present monthly status reports to the CEO.

* Liaise with clients during international projects.

* Produce Gantt charts to illustrate timelines for projects and logistical arrangements.

* Facilitate on-boarding of candidates.

Qualifications

* You'll come from Management Services Recruitment or Project Management or Customer Success or Account Management ... any of above, but critically within or working with the NHS.

* Be a strong communicator with great people skills.

* Super organised and has some level of project management experience.

* Strong problem-solving skills.

* Reasonably good MS excel.

* Self-Motivated.
