About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for your next opportunity within the IT and Managed Services sector?
We’re working with an established and growing MSP that delivers a wide range of technology solutions to businesses across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join their team in Bradford.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and introduce additional IT solutions and managed services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing a portfolio of business customers
Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Generating new business opportunities within existing accounts
Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable IT solutions
Managing the sales process from initial conversation through to close
Working closely with internal technical teams
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activityAbout You
We’re looking for an Account Manager with:
Previous experience within IT sales, account management or managed services
Experience selling IT solutions, services, hardware or software
A strong understanding of B2B sales
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and commercially driven approach
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ambition to progress within the technology sectorExperience working for an MSP, VAR or IT reseller would be highly advantageous.
