ROLE OVERVIEW
* Job Title: Client Account Manager - Food Advisory
* Job Type: Fixed Term Contract 12 months
* Location: Fully Remote - Must be UK based and happy to travel to customer sites (ideal location around Leicester)
* Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
* Salary: Up to £38,000 pa DOE
* Industry: Health & Nutrition
Overview of the role - to deliver exceptional service to existing clients, being the key point of contact for a large UK retailer.
* Managing clients workload
* Liaising with internal teams - technical & sales to make sure service level agreements and turnaround times are met
* Obtain forecasts of work coming in to be completed
* Project management
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has over 3 years experience in an account management position, we are looking for someone who has a background in Food Retail or Food Manufacturing
You will also have the following…
* Proven account management experience within a large team
* Educated up to A Level or equivalent
* Project Management life cycle experience
* Advance user of MS Office , including excel
