Account Manager - engineering industry - £32,000 - £35,000 + team bonus
Oxford, but must be local to travel to the office - not full remote
Global CTS is working with a superb manufacturing business who require an enthusiastic person for this exciting role dealing with engineering and manufacturing clients. You will have a background in either engineering or a technical slant as you will be talking to customers about the products and advising them on their suitability.
We are looking for someone who can provide a high quality customer experience, the role entails providing technical information of products to customers so a keen interest in engineering is essential. Joining a team of six you will receive full training and in-depth training on these unique products, you will need an inquisitive mind and be able to demonstrate an interest on how things work and are put together.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Maintain and develop regional customers as part of a team, providing a high level of service at all times
* Demonstrate products to the customer, so you must be able to show an interest in learning how these are made
* Deal with queries, orders and quotations from new and existing customers
* Maintain internal sales processes by meeting SLA requirements
* Build and enhance relationships between customers and company
* Professional demeanour and attitude, outgoing and friendly
* Organised, focussed, sales driven, excellent telephone manner
