This new opportunity is being offered by our client who is a leading provider of cleaning and hygiene products based outside Polegate. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional value to their customers. With a strong presence in the market and over 100 years' experience, they pride themselves on their innovative solutions and outstanding customer service.

Still a family-owned company they are looking for 2 dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales / Account Manager's to join their sales team and contribute to their continued success.

This role is a combination of both managing existing clients and bringing on new business. There is a team to help generate leads and opportunities for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and closing sales.
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive exceptional service.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Customer Engagement: Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to showcase the products/services, address their concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and market insights.

We are looking for you to have a proven track record of success in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the education and / or care sector.

You will need strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.

We want you to be highly motivated, with lots of energy and be self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This client has a supportive and collaborative work environment however, this role will be mainly home based and out on the road, meeting clients (mainly Sussex and Kent based). They will ask you to visit the office maybe once a week to start with and then once every two weeks when you are established.
