The opportunity:

Mackenzie Jones is very excited to be working with FATSO - a highly ethical, extra chunky dark chocolate challenger brand that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

As a result of their continuing growth, they are seeking a go-getting, entrepreneurial minded FATSO FLOGGER (AKA Account Manager), reporting into their Chief Flogger (AKA Head of Sales), to drive new and repeat sales for their rapidly growing dark chocolate business.

You will play an instrumental part in the growth of FATSO with a broad and varied remit, responsible for winning and retaining accounts across a wide range of channels across the UK particularly in the independent and premium retail sector.  

FATSO is part of Hutch, a start-up business which is out to make a change - one awesome brand at a time. They are a team of entrepreneurs who are out to create, invest and grow brands that exist to disrupt the status quo, and do some good along the way.

What will my accountabilities be?

Proactively pitching and successfully converting new accounts (especially driving independent and premium direct to retail wins)- UK & I
Account management- retention and replenishment of our customers across various channels (UK&I focus initially)
Support with pitches and range review opportunities of larger accounts
Attend sampling sessions at key accounts to drive sell through
Gather feedback and liaise with marketing on instore activation, POS and social media collaboration opportunities
Attend and present your weekly sales updates to senior management team
 
Who will I be working with?

Head of Sales, Co- Founder, and customers   

A great candidate will have:

Passion for disruptor products and brands with an entrepreneurial spirit
Proven experience in sales and account management, with an exceptional ability to build relationships – ideally from a similar sector.  
Experience with managing stakeholders.
A high level of creativity and enthusiasm.
Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
Results driven and commercially minded.
Ability to analyse problems effectively and action solutions to resolve issues.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a good flexible approach.
Ability to hit the ground running and demonstrate initiative.
Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to provide and share information clearly and concisely.
