Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for creativity and delivering exceptional customer experiences?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Account Manager to join a creative and innovative leader within the design and manufacturing industry. Working with an impressive portfolio of prestigious, high-end brands, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships, handling enquiries and providing a consultative service to understand and deliver on client requirements. Working closely with Project Managers, you will help ensure projects are delivered seamlessly while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Essential:
Previous experience as an Account Manager within the design, creative or manufacturing industry
Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively
Commercial awareness with a consultative approach to customer requirements
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
Experience working alongside Project Managers or cross-functional teams
Experience managing projects within a design and manufacturing environment
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Proactive and flexible approach to work
Roles & Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
Manage customer enquiries and provide a consultative approach to understanding project requirements.
Work closely with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Provide customers with quotations, project updates and ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
Ensure exceptional levels of customer service are maintained while supporting business growth.
Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
