Due to a sustained period of growth, Borne Interiors have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ACCOUNT MANAGER to join their hard-working team at their offices & warehouse in OLDBURY, West Midlands.

Role Overview:

This role is to oversee the ongoing development of the company, generate new business, maintaining client relationships and developing growth strategies. Borne Interiors are looking for a passionate individual to drive the business forward with an innovative approach to the workload. You will be working alongside a team of experienced and skilled project managers to prioritise client experience and communication. Supporting with current and new projects in the pipeline to ensure the client’s needs are met above expectations.

Excellent time-management skills, independent drive, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering an on-brand experience are key skills for this role. This position offers the opportunity to build a career in an upcoming and exciting furniture brand.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and nurture client relationships, including the expansion of existing accounts.

* Devise strategies for new client relationships and maintaining current clients.

* Manage client orders efficiently and effectively throughout the sales process from beginning to end.

* Represent Borne Interiors in client meetings, walk-throughs and project completion.

* Provide follow up care and problem solving as needed.

* Understand the production and logistics processes to aid in the management of client’s expectations.

* Consistently seek to support the wider team with client needs by developing and delivering solutions to maintain the highest level of client experience.

* Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

* 3-4 years in an account manager job role, possibly in furniture and/or interiors.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work under pressure and a quick thinker.

* Highly organised, perceptive and motivated person.

* Energetic and proactive individual.

* Experience in developing strong internal and external networks.

* Strong aesthetic and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.

* Highly customer focused, with experience in delivering complex services and operations within professional services.

* Highly experienced Account Management skillset.

* Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.

* Experience with working with blue chip clients
