You’ll take the reins on managing numerous signage projects, maintaining regular communication with our clients. Each project is part of an assigned portfolio managed by an Account Director or Group Account Director.
Working closely with one or more Account Directors, your role involves daily briefing, overseeing the production process, and ensuring the timely completion of each project within budget. You’ll handle everything from initial briefings to implementing marketing strategies, coordinating with internal departments like design, production, and installation, as well as liaising with external suppliers when needed.
Your primary responsibilities encompass:
Thorough and timely briefing of projects to the appropriate department or external supplier, setting realistic delivery deadlines in consultation with your manager
Ensuring adherence to project timelines
Conducting meticulous accuracy checks on work
Handling all communication channels efficiently
Maintaining a broad understanding of the ongoing and upcoming workload within your division
About You:
You’ll be navigating a diverse client base, so being organized and adept at multitasking is essential. Attention to detail will be your forte. Previous experience in a professional setting is preferred.
