MUST HAVE'S
* Previous account management or customer relationship experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to analyse reports and interpret data
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

* Experience within debt collection, credit control, or financial services

* Managing a portfolio of client accounts
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Providing regular performance updates and reporting
* Liaising with internal collections teams to meet client expectations
* Investigating and resolving client queries efficiently
* Monitoring account performance and identifying improvement opportunities
* Supporting business development and client retention activities
