Outskirts of Bar Hill, Cambridge
Up to £35 (plus £4.5K car allowance)
UK travel

We’re looking for a commercially aware Account Manager who thrives on rapport, trust, and long-term client engagement, rather than targets and cold calls. 
 
Working for a growing consultancy specialising in health, safety, and environmental risk management for the commercial property sector, you’ll act as a trusted partner to an established client base, deepening relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring they get real value from our services.
 
This is a refreshingly non-pushy role: no aggressive sales tactics, just meaningful conversations and smart account stewardship.
 
Responsibilities:

Managing and nurturing existing client relationships
Acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor
Identifying opportunities to add value
Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver great outcomes 
Your skills & experience:

Experience in account management or client-facing roles
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A consultative, non-salesy approach
Someone who enjoys working with people, not chasing quotas
