The Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise technology clients. The role will focus on building senior level relationships, driving renewals and identifying upsell opportunities, alongside securing new customers as the business continues to grow.
You will take a consultative approach to understanding client needs and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive maximum value.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
* Own the full renewal and upsell process.
* Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
* Develop tailored engagement strategies based on client needs.
* Work closely with research, product and delivery teams.
Requirements
* 3+ years' sales experience within a consultative sales environment.
* Proven experience managing and closing high value enterprise deals.
* Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Experience selling to senior and C-level stakeholders.
* Experience within subscription, research, intelligence, advisory or technology sales is advantageous.
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
* Commercially driven, resilient and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
