This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager who enjoys developing long-term customer partnerships and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
We're looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with technical credibility—someone who can take ownership of a major retail account, strengthen existing relationships and help unlock its full potential.
Joining a market-leading engineering technology business, you'll work with innovative controls, automation and optimisation solutions across the refrigeration and HVAC sectors. You'll play a key role in shaping account strategy, expanding solution adoption and ensuring customers continue to see us as a trusted technical partner.
The Opportunity
You'll inherit a significant retail account with an established revenue stream.
Your focus will be on building on that success by identifying new opportunities, driving specification positions, influencing key stakeholders and expanding the breadth of solutions delivered.
Working across contractors, OEMs, consultants, engineering teams and end users, you'll build strong relationships throughout the wider customer network and help position the business for long-term growth.
This isn't a transactional sales role—it's a strategic account management position where you'll combine technical understanding with commercial thinking to deliver lasting results
