Description:

Remote working – 1 day in the office based in Surrey

£35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Car allowance + strong commission structure

The role:

The successful Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance and strengthening the businesses long-term customer partnerships. The Account Manager role carries responsibility for ensuring seamless onboarding of new customers, maximising value across existing accounts, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth aligned to business objectives.

Operating with a high level of drive and accountability, the Account Manager is expected to think strategically while maintaining strong operational awareness. The role requires the ability to build and influence relationships at multiple levels within customer organisations, identify growth opportunities, and translate commercial insight into actionable account plans.

The Package:

* £35,000 - £45,000 base salary depending on experience

* Car or car allowance (£500 per month)

* Strong commission structure ( estimated £70,000 OTE)

* £3,600 tax free Christmas bonus

The Company: This established and highly successful business, which is based in Surrey, near Thorpe Park, is employee owned which ensures it remains independent while giving every member of the team a shared interest in its continued success. The main function of the business is to help businesses get, manage, and replace work vehicles such as vans and fleet vehicles.

The Account Manager will proactively manage performance, minimise risk, and consistently deliver commercially sound solutions that strengthen both customer outcomes and company profitability.
