Respons
* Undertake reviews of existing policies, predominantly commercial policies, but will include other sectors as well. Reviews will be a mix of face to face and over the phone.
* Cross sell the full range of the company's products and services
* Effectively manage your time to balance client reviews, pre and post review work
* Maintain and constantly develop knowledge of the company's products and services in order to keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge

* Must be able to demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to valued clients
* A good team play but also able to work on your own initiative
* Able to show initiative and have a 'can do attitude'
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as good relationship building abilities
* Self motivated and willing to learn
* Be comfortable working in a regulated environment
* Strong IT literacy, proficient in MS Office applications
* Previous insurance experience essential
* Car owner/driver due to location
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
