This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a successful sales team, managing existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow revenue.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, building strong relationships and acting as their trusted technology partner. You'll identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while also generating new business to expand your customer base.
Working closely with technical and internal teams, you'll ensure clients receive exceptional service and tailored IT solutions that meet their business needs.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an Account Manager within the IT industry, ideally with an MSP, VAR, or IT reseller
Strong knowledge of managed IT services, cloud solutions, hardware, software, and cyber security
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A commercially driven individual with a proactive approach to business development
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targetsWhat's on Offer
