As their business continues to grow, we're looking for ambitious, technically minded professionals to join our team and play a key role in our next phase of expansion.

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join on a permanent basis, working remotely anywhere in the UK.

As an Account Manager, you'll combine technical knowledge with commercial expertise to develop new business, strengthen existing client relationships and deliver tailored engineering solutions.

Working closely with clients across infrastructure and commercial sectors, you'll identify ground engineering challenges, understand project requirements and present innovative solutions that deliver long-term value.

The Role

· Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities.

· Manage existing client accounts while growing long-term relationships.

· Carry out online and site-based client meetings and surveys.

· Work with Geobear's engineering team to develop tailored technical solutions.

· Interpret site investigation information to support treatment designs.

· Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in line with company standards.

· Negotiate contracts and successfully close opportunities.

· Manage follow-up activity and maintain an active sales pipeline.

· Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.

· Collaborate closely with Operations and Contracts teams to ensure excellent project delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Monitor project progress, manage client expectations and support successful outcomes.

· Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.

· Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Geobear's services.

· Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and best practice.

About you

· At least 5 years' experience within construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure-related sectors

· Proven experience in business development, consultative sales and account management

· Commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate effectively

· Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or surverying sectors

· Experience in client-facing roles

· Experience using CRM's

· A full UK driving license
