We are looking for an Account Manager to join a fantastic, close-knit team where you will have access to a strong base of warm leads and genuine opportunities from day one.

This isn't a cold-calling role where you'll be expected to start from scratch. Instead, you'll be building on existing relationships, understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to grow both the accounts and the wider business.

Salary: £45,000 p/a

Key Responsibilities

Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships
Managing warm leads and existing opportunities through to conversion
Asking the right questions to understand customer needs and uncover new opportunities
Growing existing accounts and increasing client spend
Identifying additional opportunities and exploring
Converting warm opportunities into new business
Working closely with an experienced and supportive team
Taking ownership of your results and developing your commercial skills
Skills, Experience and Other Requirements:

Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development or a similar commercial role
Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Ability to identify and convert sales opportunities
Experience working towards sales targets or KPIs
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence managing multiple leads or accounts at the same time
Experience using CRM systems to manage customer activity and opportunities
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for account growth
Own transport due to the location preferableHow to Apply
