Description:

Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are currently working with a highly successful, international company who are a leader within their field. Working with multiple companies both nationally and internationally, they are experts in what they do and have grown to become a leading supplier to retailers. Due to success, they are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager into their Leeds office on a permanent and full time basis.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone with Account Management experience who is hard working, driven, motivated and eager to begin a role they can build a long term career within.

Some of the responsibilities include:

* Representing the company with key customers/ clients whilst making sure they are satisfied and happy with the service they are receiving

* Liaising with customers/clients to understand their requirements and making sure these are carried out to a high standard

* Dealing with key customers/clients, in providing quotations, dealing with enquiries and reporting.

* Interpreting customer needs and communicating to suppliers and internal staff

* Managing multiple projects from start to finish and overseeing the whole process whilst making sure everything runs smoothly

* Checking in with clients on a weekly basis and making sure they are happy

* Providing up to date information to clients whilst keeping them informed of the process

* Organising deliveries and working with logistics/operations

* Attending client meetings/arranging visits to check everything is going well and they are happy with the projects

* Take client briefings and bring these plans to life

* Work towards tight/strict deadlines whilst often working under pressure

* Liaising and developing relationships with customer contacts

* Working with other teams/staff members

* Liaising with suppliers

Experience Required:

* Experience working as an Account Manager in a similar environment

* Confident in dealing with a range of contacts/clients

* Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work quickly and efficiently

* Problem solving and the ability to deal with any issues that may arise

* Proactive in identifying opportunities for sales growth

* Strong commercial awareness

* Experience of managing accounts and growing sales

* Experience of developing relationships with clients

* Full driving license
