Description:
An established and growing Utilities Company based in Hertfordshire are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating strong relationships with clients and suppliers and will be methodical with previous experience in sales administration or account management.
This is an office based role, Mon-Thurs 8.30am-5pm, Fri 9am-5pm.
Key Duties:
* Provide accurate energy contract pricing analyses for new and existing clients
* Work alongside consults and the client services team
* Handle sales administration tasks including pricing, query handling and internal documentation
* Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Key Skills:
* Excellent communication skills and numerical skills
* Ability to establish strong relationships with clients and suppliers
* Proficient skills with Microsoft Office, and good Excel skills
* Ability to manage challenging situations and problem solve
* 2 years’ experience in sales administration or account management
* Maths GCSE or equivalent
