ACCOUNT MANAGER
Location: PSL Print Management, Preston
Salary: to £32.5k subject to experience
We're looking for a motivated Account Manager who thrives on developing strong client partnerships and delivering outstanding service. What you'll do:
* Have responsibility for end-to-end account management processes – from quotation to order processing and delivery.
* Build and strengthen relationships with clients
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Drive revenue and support business growth
* Become a trusted partner to your customers and be their key point of contact
* Support multiple eCommerce systems and sales channels.
What you'll bring:
* A proven track record in B2B account management.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive, results-driven approach.
* A confident manner and a flexible and logical approach to work.
* Great administration ability – efficiency, attention to detail and accuracy.
* Fantastic organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
* Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and e-mail.
* Experience with multiple eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and sales channels.
* A superb, ‘can-do’ customer service attitude.
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours / week).
