Location: Chittering, Cambs

Salary: £28-£32k

Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday (On site)

One of our amazing clients is hiring an Account Manager due to growth of their business this year already by 25%. This role is to support the team from a client perspective

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt to completion.

Respond to customer enquiries and requests via telephone and email.

Coordinate flavour sample requests and dispatches.

Liaise with production, warehouse, and technical teams to meet customer requirements.

Use internal systems to process orders and maintain accurate customer records.

Keep customers informed of order progress and resolve queries professionally.

Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.

Support the wider office team with general administration.

Skills, Experience & personal

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, with the ability to learn internal business systems.

Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Organised with strong attention to detail.

Adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities.

A supportive team player with a positive attitude.

Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn and develop.
