* Location: Brackley (primarily office-based)

* Salary: Up to c. £30,000 per annum DOE

* Hours: Office hours (40 hours per week / days), 2:30pm finish on Fridays

Your New Account Manager Role:

As an Account Manager, you will:

Be the primary contact for all customer accounts, enhancing the purchasing experience and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Drive growth by identifying and leveraging new opportunities within existing accounts.
Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring their needs and requirements are met.
Advise customers on upcoming product developments and opportunities, using insightful analysis of customer spending and maintaining up-to-date records on the CRM system.

Our Client is Looking for Someone With:

Proven experience in business Account Management, Customer Service and Internal Sales.
Competence in basic IT, CRM, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Exceptional communication, time management, and customer service skills.
The ability to work under pressure, make confident decisions, and take responsibility for your performance.
