Account Manager / Relationship Manager

Location: Hybrid (Bath, Edinburgh, or London)

If youre an experienced Account Manager or Relationship Manager with a background in SaaS or FinTech, this is your chance to make an impact.

What You'll Do:

* Manage relationships with large advice firms, advicetechs, and established fintechs.

* Drive long-term growth plans, service reviews, and governance.

* Collaborate with customer success and growth teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

* Develop strategic account plans, deeply understanding clients' business models and goals.

* Be the voice of the customer, identifying product and technology gaps.

* Implement governance frameworks and provide thematic analysis for superior customer service.

* Partner with clients to migrate business books and discover new growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

* Strong experience in fintech, wealth management, financial planning, or financial advice.

* Passion for leveraging technology to improve investing experiences.

* Exceptional relationship-building skills and problem-solving abilities.

* Experience with contract negotiations and commercial modeling.

* Deep knowledge of regulatory environments and governance frameworks.

* Understanding of APIs is a plus.
