Elite Personnel is recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager to join our client’s team. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high retention rates, and providing top-notch account management services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Retention: Maintain and retain your portfolio of clients, ensuring an established KPI retention rate.

Portfolio Management: Gain an in-depth understanding of the financial status of your portfolio, including individual value, billing, and contract renewal.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact, including face-to-face/TEAMS meetings, phone calls, and emails.

Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with sales and operations teams during contract start-ups, ensuring a smooth handover to account managers.

Marketing Coordination: Manage marketing requirements with internal departments or outsourced agents as needed.

Responsive Communication: Respond to client emails, calls, and enquiries within 12 hours. Send acknowledgement emails when needed and manage expectations.

Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on client queries, providing detailed responses.

Product Requests: Handle adhoc/bespoke product requests and ensure proper recording and recharging of any expenses outside the client agreement.

Liaison with External Services: Coordinate with external courier services/customs agents and internal colleagues for updates on restrictions/delays.

Administrative Tasks: Carry out general administrative tasks related to client accounts and business operations.

Invoicing and Payments: Ensure a clear and concise invoicing process and manage payments promptly, monitoring aged debt and communicating with the Accounts department.

Stakeholder Communication: Manage stakeholder expectations through meetings, verbal, written, and email communication.

Forecasting: Provide frequent forecasts to Operations Teams to ensure adequate client stock holding in line with KPIs/SLA’s.

Project Management: Oversee contracts/roll-outs and day-to-day business operations.

Reporting: Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports for clients, providing a bespoke service based on individual requirements.

On-Site Installations: Conduct on-site/onboard installations in the UK and overseas, supported by the wider team, for periods up to 10 days.

Service Expansion: Actively seek opportunities to increase services and income from your portfolio.

Order Management: Ensure client purchase orders are correct and timely, monitoring and chasing replenishment orders.

Cost Management: Record and recharge any associated costs outside the client agreement.

Support for Account Administrator: Provide necessary information and guidance to your Account Administrator.

Meeting Follow-Up: Document and follow up on client meetings with detailed minutes, action points, and deadlines.

Regular Updates: Provide clients with regular updates on account activity and projects.

Senior Director Requests: Respond to requests from the Senior Director efficiently.

Expense Management: Submit expenses timely in accordance with the company expense policy.
