£27,000–£30,000 + Monthly Bonus | Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm | Sheffield

Your Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts while also identifying new business opportunities. You will handle the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to onboarding and ongoing account development.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business and develop existing accounts via outbound calls

Promote a wide range of commercial and vocational training solutions

Manage the full sales and onboarding process for clients

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries

Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate activity records

Support marketing initiatives with client feedback and insights

Deliver excellent customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales or account management

Confident communicator with strong telephone skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to build and develop client relationships

Strong commitment to customer service excellence
