Description:
Are you an experienced FM leader with a strong understanding of PFI contracts and performance management? A leading organisation is seeking an Account Manager in Greater Manchester to support the delivery and continuous improvement of a complex FM contract. You’ll combine operational leadership, commercial awareness and detailed performance analysis to drive service excellence.
The Role As the Account Manager, you’ll:
Form part of the senior management team, delivering services within agreed budgets and performance levels.
Take responsibility for day-to-day FM operations and provide leadership to operational teams.
Monitor payment mechanism performance and contractual deductions, identifying opportunities to minimise failures.
Support monthly performance, deduction and service reporting.
Undertake root-cause and trend analysis to identify risks and develop improvement plans.
Develop and review operational processes to improve contract performance.
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
Work closely with commercial, finance and technical teams to drive continuous improvement. You To be successful in the role of Account Manager, you’ll bring:
Previous experience managing teams or projects within a PFI environment.
Strong knowledge of payment mechanisms, deductions and contractual performance.
ONC/HNC in Facilities Management or equivalent experience.
IOSH Managing Safely or a similar Health & Safety qualification.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of PFI contractual requirements.
Experience analysing performance data and producing management reports.
Confident client and stakeholder management skills.
Strong IT skills, including Excel and CAFM systems. What's in it for you?
