Account Manager
Location: Outskirts Swindon

We are happy to be recruiting an Account Manager for our client who is based on the outskirts of Swindon. The successful candidate will be joining a busy, vibrant, friendly office, becoming part of a team of account managers looking after multiple client accounts across various industry sectors.
The Role:
* Building business relationships by phone and email communication with clients.
* Managing order flow
* Shipping through internal warehouse management systems and various carrier systems (online booking).
* Preparing paperwork for shipping.
* Compiling reports.
* Managing cycle counts and any stock queries with the warehouse team.
* Quoting customers for ad-hoc services or requests.
* Liaising with packaging suppliers.
* Making sure orders are closed off and shipped in line with clients requirements and system is up to date.
The Person:
* Must have the ability to multi-task and experience of working in a busy environment.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills
* Be computer literate, good excel skills
* Have great customer service skills and attention to detail.
* Be adaptable have flexibility and be able to work alone or as part of a team.
* Have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle owing to location.
