A market-leading business is looking for an Account Manager to give front-line phone and email help to a portfolio of clients. You will assume complete account management and accountability for your named accounts, work with all departments in the business to proactively seek process improvements in order to meet the changing demands of the customer.

Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager / Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
To be able to operate a frontline telephone/e-mail support.
Use the client's and the in-house hosted ticketing system to provide updates on client queries within the agreed-upon SLA.
Work with named accounts to understand forecasts, product launches etc and ensure these are communicated to the warehouse and wider business.
Champion DRIVE and NIMBLE to ensure used to their max potential.
Act as point of escalation to ensure all issues are resolved swiftly for your portfolio of accounts, escalating only when absolutely necessary.
Research and identify opportunities to increase spend from existing customers.
Review and evaluate new service offerings to ensure customer satisfaction and spend maintained.
Work in partnership with the Accounts Department, the Warehouse and suppliers to resolve any issues that may prevent shipment of an order and proactively improve process.
Dealing with customers in the Retail, Beauty, Fashion, and Logistics industry
Monday – Friday 9:00 – 18:00 (40 hours a week)
Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager / Key Account Manager
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Key Account Manager, Client Services Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Account Manager, Client Account Executive, Customer Account Specialist, Account Executive, or similar would be advantageous.
Experience providing customer service in the past, meeting timelines and SLA obligations, and having demonstrated financial responsibility.
Previous knowledge and experience in business-to-business customer service.
Good knowledge of MS Office skills, particularly Excel & Outlook.
Previous experience working on a ticketing system is beneficial.
Customer service experience in Retail, Beauty, Fashion, Logistics is desirable.
