Account Manager (Cloud)

Location: Hounslow 

Salary: Up to £40,000 + OTE

Role Overview:

As a Cloud Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of cloud services. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and support to maximize their cloud investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Solution Selling: Identify and propose cloud solutions that align with clients' strategic goals, driving value and growth.
Project Management: Oversee the implementation of cloud services, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Technical Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on cloud trends, best practices, and industry standards.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, expanding our footprint within client organizations.

Experience: 1+ years in Account management working for an MSP/VAR – this doesn’t need to be specialised in Cloud as our client will provide full training.
