Job Overview: The Multi-Site Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts across multiple locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture client relationships across multiple sites, serving as the primary point of contact for all recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client objectives and business goals.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams, ensuring smooth communication and seamless service delivery.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed about industry developments and identify potential threats or opportunities.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on key account metrics, such as client satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention rates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
