We're recruiting for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join a fast-paced and growing business in Poole, Dorset. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Account Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and growing customer accounts by:
Managing existing customer relationships and providing outstanding service
Making proactive outbound calls to customers
Identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability
Preparing quotes and following up on opportunities
Scheduling appointments for Business Development Managers
Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Analysing account performance and identifying growth opportunities
Working closely with internal departments to support customer needs
What we're looking for

Previous B2B or B2C sales or account management experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Experience using CRM systems
Commercial awareness and confidence analysing customer data
A proactive and organised approach to workload management
